To ensure exclusivity and peak dedication, we only take a strictly limited number of brides per weekend. A non-refundable 50% booking retainer along with a signed bridal contract is required to officially lock in your date. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding day.
We strongly recommend booking between 3 to 9 months in advance, especially for popular Ghanaian wedding seasons (Easter/April, August, and the festive November–January peak). Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.
Yes! All bridal bookings are strictly on-location. We arrive directly at your hotel suite, private residence, or bridal preparation venue anywhere in Accra, Tema, and surrounding areas. For prime Accra zones (Airport Residential, Cantonments, East Legon, Labone), travel fees are either included or clearly itemized.
Absolutely. Abyna regularly travels across Ghana (Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani, Aburi, Tamale) as well as across West Africa and internationally (UK, Europe, North America). Destination packages include customized quotes covering travel logistics, flights, and secure hotel accommodation.
We recommend scheduling your bridal preview approximately 4 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. If you have your final gown fittings or traditional Kente wrap trials scheduled, booking your preview on the same day is an ideal way to see the complete look harmonize in real life.
We dedicate 1.5 to 2 hours exclusively for the bride. This generous window allows for lymphatic drainage skin prep, relaxing facial depuffing, multi-layer flawless makeup application, body decollete glow, and final veil/jewelry placement. For each bridal party member, we budget 45 minutes.
Consistent hydration is key! Drink plenty of water in the weeks leading up to the ceremony, gently exfoliate once weekly, and avoid starting aggressive new chemical peels, laser treatments, or unfamiliar serums within 2 weeks of the wedding. On the morning of, gently cleanse and apply a light moisturizer.
If you must reschedule due to unforeseen events, your booking retainer may be transferred to an alternate available date within 6 months. In the case of an outright cancellation, the initial retainer is non-refundable, as other brides were declined for that exclusive date.
